TASK FORCE 13

Brief

Six years from the Vanishing, from November 23rd to November 29th, something new occurred. Military personnel found themselves mysteriously surviving what should have been lethal moments. Not only did they survive death itself, but they found themselves besides strange mechanical manifestations, known as OVMs. These new machines were docile and inanimate, until it was discovered that they could be effectively piloted via the Resonance Casket, a fullbody immersive control unit that synchronises the pilot's body with the machine's. By achieving perfect synchrocity with the OVM, the pilot can utilise them in warfare against the demonic threat.

Unlike conventional weapons and warmachines, OVMs do not need external ordance. They can project their own powers into manifested weaponry, dealing lethal damage to demons. They can also engage demons in direct combat, their own SAF able to neutralise the demon's.

Several pilots and their respective OVMs were recruited into a special task force. This task force was named Task Force 13. It has one goal - ████████.
